Check in for cabins is 2.00pm and sites 12.00noon
Departure is 10am on date of departure for cabins and sites.
A valid credit card is required at time of booking.
Deposits apply during peak periods and for group bookings. (Easter, Christmas and Public Holidays)
If you cancel your booking without giving 48 hours notice prior to day of arrival your card will be charged for the first nights stay.
No refunds are available should you decide to shorten your stay after arrival.
All vistitors cars must park in the visitor car park at the front of the park. You must notify reception of your arrival before entering the park.
Is not permitted in cabins, a cleaning fee of $800 will apply if you smoke in the cabin. Smoking is not permitted around the amenities area, playground or reception.
Staying With Pets
Here at Pakenham Caravan Park we understand that many of our travellers like to bring their pets with them.
Pets are not permitted without managements consent.
A pet agreement must be signed on arrival.
Pets are not permitted in park accommodation at any time.
Under no circumstances are pets to be left unattended.
Pets are to be on a leash or tethered at all times.
Pets must not be in or near ammenities or recreation facilities.
Pet owners are required to dispose of any animal waste promptly and appropriately, by picking up and wrapping the pets waste in a plastic bag and disposing it in the rubbish bins provided throughout the park.
For the amenity of all guests, we have a no barking policy.
If guest choose to ignore these rules, they will be asked to leave the premises immediately.
