      Bookings Conditions

​

Please contact our office for group or corporate bookings. Different policies and additional supplements may apply. 

​

Check in:   Cabins from 2pm; Caravan Sites from 12pm

Check out: 10am

​

All bookings must provide a valid credit card and photo identification upon check-in.

If guests are unable to provide this information, the Park may refuse check-in.

​

The minimum age for check-in is 18. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

​

If guests arrive after office hours, please contact reception to arrange late check-in. 

​

If guests require late check-out, please contact reception and fee may apply.

​

A one-night deposit is required to confirm the booking and can be paid by either cash, direct deposit (ETF), debit card or credit card. Card payment can be accepted ov er the phone and balance payable on arrival.

​

Peak season bookings must be paid in full one month prior to the scheduled arrival in order to confirm the booking.

Cancellation Policy 

​

No refunds are available should guests decide to shorten the stay after arrival.

​

If guests notify us of the cancellation within the below guidelines, we will happily refund the deposit. Administration fee applies for cancellation.

​

Cancellation of "Peak Season" bookings:

​

Deposits will only be refunded if guests notify the park of cancellation at least 30 days prior to the day of arrival. If less than 30 days’ notice is provided, the Park may retain the full deposit. .

 

Cancellation of "Off Peak" bookings:

 

Deposits will only be refunded if guests notify the park of cancellation at least 3 days prior to the day of arrival. If less than 3 days’ notice is provided, the Park may retain the full deposit. 

 

Failure to notify of Cancellation or No Show:

​

If guests do not notify the park of cancellation, or if guests do not arrive by 10am on the day after the scheduled arrival date, the Park may retain full payment and no refunds are available. 

 

Children and Beds:

​

Children of any age are welcome. Children must be accompanied by a parent or official guardian at all times in the Park.

 

Children 16 years and above will be charged as adults.

 

Extra beds and linens upon request. Charges may apply. 

 

Extra beds and linens are subject to availability.

Visitors

​

All visitors' cars must park in the visitor carpark at the front of the park. You must notify reception of your arrival before entering the park.

​

Smoking

​

Smoking is not permitted in cabins, a cleaning fee of $800 will apply if you smoke in the cabin. Smoking is not permitted around the amenities area, playground or reception.

 

Staying With Pets

​

Here at Pakenham Caravan Park, we understand that many of our travellers like to bring their pets with them. 

​

• Pets are only permitted with managements consent.​

• A pet agreement must be signed on arrival.

• Pets are not permitted in cabins/park accommodation at any time. We are looking to release pet friendly cabins soon. 

• Pets are permitted at caravan sites only.

• Under no circumstances are pets to be left unattended.

• Pets are to be on a leash or tethered at all times. 

• Pets must not be in or near amenities or recreation facilities.

• Pet owners are required to dispose of any animal waste promptly and appropriately, by picking up and wrapping the pets waste in a plastic bag and disposing it in the rubbish bins provided throughout the park.

• If guest choose to ignore these rules, they will be asked to leave the premises immediately and non-refundable.

Tariffs are subject to change without notice. All tariffs quoted are based on nightly rates.

 

Please note, there is a 1.5% credit card surcharge when using a credit card.
