Corporate Bookings

A deposit equivalent to one (1) night’s accommodation is required at the time of booking to confirm a corporate reservation.

Cancellations must be made at least two (2) days before the scheduled arrival date to be eligible for a refund or booking credits.

For cancellations made within two (2) days of arrival, the Park reserves the right to retain the full deposit.

An administration fee of 25% of the total deposit amount applies to all refunds.

As an alternative to cancellation, corporate guests may request to amend their booking.

The Park may, at its discretion, offer to issue a Booking Credit equal to the amount paid for the existing booking.

Booking Credits are valid for up to twelve (12) months from the date of issue and can be used towards accommodation at our Park.

Booking Credits are non-transferable and may be used in part or in full. Any remaining value can be applied to subsequent accommodation bookings at our Park.

The issuance of a Booking Credit is subject to the Park’s discretion, and we are not obligated to provide one upon request.

By proceeding with a corporate booking, guests acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions. Other park rules and terms apply.

To confirm corporate status, a valid ABN may be requested at the time of booking.
